Studied under Master Yasui at the "Hotel Plaza Osaka", a prestigious hotel in the confectionary industry.
After becoming independent, opened the pâtisserie "Melange" in Suita, Osaka in 1991, and the resort café
"Kiyosato Matisse" in 1994.
In 1996, at the renowned "Bernachon" in Lyon, France, received personal lessons and technical guidance from Master Maurice Bernachon, learning about the philosophy and spirit of being a chocolatier.
Opened "Palet D'or", the first authentic chocolatier in the Kansai area, in Osaka in 2004.
Opened chocolatier Palet D'or TOKYO in Tokyo in 2007.
In 2011, presented a lecture at the "Salon du Chocolat" in Paris.
Made the decision to focus exclusively on chocolate making in the wake of the 10th anniversary of Palet D'or.
Making chocolate starting from the cacao is the founding principle of Palet D'or.
